Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Insider is seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service
