Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at Homebase in Davao City, PH, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, and we are looking for individuals who are hardworking, confident, possess emotional intelligence, and have strong persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Process customer orders and returns accurately - Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Document all customer interactions and maintain customer records - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention


Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
