Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Altitude Games, a leading game development company based in Quezon City, NCR, PH, is seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to game play, account management, and technical support - Provide guidance and assistance to customers on how to navigate our games and platforms - Act as a liaison between customers and our development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with monitoring and moderating community forums and social media channels - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about gaming and customer service - Hardworking and dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our players - Strong decision-making skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Excellent communication and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
