Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Qwikwire is looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a part-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from the comfort of their own home.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with any issues or concerns they may have regarding our services. 3. Provide product information and guidance to customers. 4. Process orders and handle billing inquiries. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. 6. Collaborate with other team members to problem-solve and improve customer service processes. 7. Uphold company standards and policies while interacting with customers.


Requirements: 1. Four years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 5. Resourceful and able to think quickly on your feet. 6. Critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions. 7. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
