Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Peddlr is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a satisfactory manner - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues - Conduct strategic planning and research to improve customer service processes and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement - Collaborate with the team to foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels

Requirements: - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and research capabilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
