Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Globe Telecom. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Customer Service Specialist with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products or services - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Performing research to better understand customer needs and preferences - Thinking creatively to find solutions to customer problems

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Creativity in problem-solving and researching skills - At least 2 years of customer service experience - High school diploma or equivalent
