Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: AllCare is looking for a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is driven and reliable. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Customer Success team in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training on our products. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, and chat. 3. Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Assist in creating and managing customer success metrics and reports. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer success initiatives align with company goals. 6. Help organize and execute customer events, webinars, and other engagement activities.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Must be driven and reliable.
