Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

PearlPay is seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Assistant in Quezon City, NCR. This position is part-time and entry level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Provide support and guidance to customers during onboarding and throughout their journey with PearlPay - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers - Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience - Assist in creating and updating customer success documentation and resources

Requirements: - Hardworking and independent individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong strategic planning skills and excellent communication abilities - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various internal stakeholders - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
