Job Description:
Pushkart.ph is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the Customer Success Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success with our online grocery platform.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Work closely with the Customer Success team to implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to address customer concerns and improve service delivery - Create and maintain customer profiles and records in the CRM system - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success programs and initiatives - Provide regular reports and updates on customer feedback and engagement to management
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong research and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of best practices in customer service and success - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
