Job Description:
Resellee is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role. The Customer Success Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback through various channels including email, phone, and chat. - Work closely with the Customer Success team to resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience. - Provide product information and guidance to customers to help them maximize the value of our offerings. - Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and gather insights to improve customer satisfaction. - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Strong research and analysis skills. - Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
