Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Bench in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience, this role is perfect for individuals who are independent, energetic, and looking to kickstart their career in customer success.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Customer Success team in managing and nurturing client relationships - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address any inquiries or concerns - Monitor customer accounts and provide timely updates and solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Provide feedback to enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strategic planning abilities - Ability to persuade and influence others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer success - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
