Job description:
AQWIRE is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Philippines. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are hardworking, motivated, and looking to gain experience in the field of customer success.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to AQWIRE users through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone. - Assist customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to the AQWIRE platform. - Work closely with the customer success team to gather feedback and insights from users to help improve the overall customer experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and resolutions. - Continuously monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and best practices.
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
