Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

At NextPay, we are seeking a highly motivated and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing position.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and engagement. 4. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 5. Assist with the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Support the Customer Success Manager in various administrative tasks and projects.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent negotiation skills. 4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in the fintech or payment processing industry is a plus.
