Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Storm Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Parañaque, NCR. As a part-time associate level position with a requirement of 3 years of experience, the Customer Success Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Customer Success team in managing client accounts and relationships. 2. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 4. Monitor customer feedback and implement process improvements to drive customer satisfaction. 5. Assist in developing strategies to retain and upsell existing customers. 6. Provide administrative support to the Customer Success team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. 3. Reliable and resourceful problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and execute on plans to drive customer success. 5. Persuasive communication skills to influence customer decisions. 6. Remote work flexibility. 7. Medical coverage. 8. Must be a team player and willing to treat colleagues like an extended family.
