Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Stylist in Pocket Technologies in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time role with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers - Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in creating and delivering customer success strategies and processes - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong presentation and communication skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
