Job Description - Remote Customer Success Assistant

Saphron, a dynamic and innovative technology company based in Parañaque, NCR, is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our growing team. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer satisfaction and confident in their ability to communicate effectively and negotiate solutions. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role, as you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints - Providing product recommendations and assistance with account management - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Collecting feedback and insights to improve our products and services


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Confident in communicating with customers and colleagues - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficient in using CRM software - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
