Customer Success Assistant

1Export is looking for a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information or solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitor and track customer feedback, escalating any patterns or trends to the Customer Success Manager - Assist in creating and maintaining customer success documentation and resources

Requirements: - Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide solutions - Excellent planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience with customer relationship management systems is a plus
