Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Success Associate to join our team at AQWIRE in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through effective communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and implement solutions for customer issues - Proactively engage with customers to provide updates on products and services and gather feedback - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently - Confident and resilient personality to navigate challenging situations and deliver exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Must be located in Quezon City or able to commute to the office
