Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the necessary personality traits of being hardworking and resourceful. Additionally, soft skills such as teamwork and adaptability are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 4. Monitor customer feedback and trends to proactively address any potential issues or areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies to improve overall customer retention and loyalty.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
