Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team at Pushkart.ph in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience using our platform. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and address any concerns or questions they may have. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to educate them on new features and offers to enhance their experience. 3. Collect feedback from customers and communicate insights to the product and marketing teams to improve our services. 4. Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure they are familiar with how to use our platform effectively. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to improve overall customer happiness.
Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Adaptability and independence to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Soft skills: Excellent communication skills and strong strategic planning abilities. 3.
