Customer Success Associate

Job description:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Success Associate to join our team at SM Investments Corporation in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success by building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Track and report on customer success metrics, identifying areas for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to make sound decisions and negotiate effectively - Experience working with CRM software is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask effectively
