Remote Customer Success Associate

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are dedicated, independent, adaptable, and skilled in research.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service - Conduct research to understand customers' preferences and feedback - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and growth - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Provide product recommendations and information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
