Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Machine Ventures is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services. 2. Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues, resolving any concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product improvements based on customer feedback. 4. Track customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system to generate reports and insights for the team. 5. Contribute to the development of customer success processes and best practices to optimize the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
