Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


NextPay is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. The ideal candidate for this mid-to-senior level position will have at least 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs and goals - Work closely with customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services - Provide proactive support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their objectives - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive steps to prevent churn - Develop and maintain customer success metrics and KPIs


Requirements: - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong teamwork and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in customer success or a related field - Knowledge of CRM software and customer success best practices - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Fluent in English
