The Customer Success Manager at San Miguel Corporation plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. This part-time position, based in Manila, NCR, Philippines, is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our products/services - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and promote long-term partnerships - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and provide updates on new product features or enhancements - Train and onboard new customers to ensure a smooth transition and maximize adoption of our offerings
Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality with a passion for customer success - Strong strategic planning abilities and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of managing customer relationships and achieving goals - Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
