Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at Bench, a leading company in the financial services industry. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This is a part-time position based in Makati, NCR, PH, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing support, and resolving any issues that may arise - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and overall success - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of strength - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs, address any concerns, and provide value-added services - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation to track customer interactions and progress - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer success - Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate with internal teams - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Experience working in a remote or virtual setting is a plus
