Job Description:
Altitude Games is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer success, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success outcomes, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and advocacy. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and goals. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers. 5. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any red flags to prevent churn. 6. Provide ongoing training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products. 7. Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements. 8. Represent Altitude Games at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in customer success or account management roles. 3. Strong adaptability and resourcefulness to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 4. Excellent communication skills with a persuasive attitude to influence customer behavior. 5. Innovative mindset to develop creative solutions to customer challenges. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 7. Experience working with CRM software and customer success platforms. 8. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or industry events.
