Job Description:
Cloudstaff is looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines on a part-time basis. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions accordingly. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues that may arise. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and deliverables. 5. Provide proactive support and guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value of our services. 6. Create and deliver presentations to clients on the benefits and features of our products and services. 7. Analyze data and metrics to track client success and identify areas for improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment. 2. Dedicated and driven personality traits. 3. Strong planning and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
