Job Description - Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Ayala Corporation is seeking a passionate and resilient Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team. This position is part-time and located in Makati, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success roles, preferably in a remote setting.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products or services. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to their problems. 3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to advocate for customers and drive overall customer success. 4. Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and loyalty. 5. Monitor customer usage data and gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value they receive from our products or services. 7. Handle customer escalations and proactively address any issues that may arise.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer success roles. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Experience working remotely and managing a remote team is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
