The Customer Success Manager at PLDT plays a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field. We are looking for someone who is resilient and passionate about helping customers succeed, with strong decision-making and analysis skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their success with our products and services. 2. Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for growth within customer accounts. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and provide solutions to improve their experience. 4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns, making recommendations for enhancements and optimizations. 5. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 6. Create and deliver customer success strategies and action plans tailored to individual customer needs. 7. Monitor customer health indicators to proactively identify at-risk customers and develop strategies to mitigate churn.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. 2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights. 6. Resilient and able to work well under pressure. 7. Passionate about customer success and driving positive outcomes for customers.
