Job Description:
AQWIRE is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success, and driving retention and growth.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support - Proactively identify opportunities to add value to clients' businesses and drive growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of our platform - Monitor client usage and engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients, gathering feedback and addressing any issues or concerns - Analyze data and metrics to track client success and identify areas for improvement - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product updates, best practices, and success stories - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure clients are receiving the highest level of service
Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Dedicated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent presentation and analysis skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner - Experience working remotely and managing client relationships from a distance - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
