Job Description:
Bench is seeking a dynamic and passionate Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position is perfect for an energetic individual with at least 5 years of experience in customer success. As an Associate Level Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their usage of our products and identify any potential issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve product offerings - Monitor key performance indicators to track client success and proactively address any issues - Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use our products to achieve their business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continually improve our processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Strategic planning abilities to drive customer success initiatives - Energetic and passionate about helping clients achieve their goals - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
