Job Description:
KMC Solutions is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. As a part-time employee in a Mid-to-Senior level role with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs. 2. Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and growth. 3. Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customer needs are met. 4. Monitor customer health metrics, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address issues. 5. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and uncover new opportunities. 6. Provide training and support to customers on product features and best practices. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to better serve customers. 8. Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics and outcomes.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer success or account management roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. 5. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
