Job description:
We are looking for a passionate and resilient Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at Plentina. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their success with our products. You will work remotely from our office in Taguig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis at a mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement - Onboard new customers and provide training on how to use our products effectively - Proactively identify any issues or challenges that customers may be facing and work to resolve them in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is properly addressed and implemented - Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer success metrics and key performance indicators - Plan and execute customer success initiatives to drive customer engagement and satisfaction - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all customer interactions - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer success or account management role - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Knowledge of CRM software and customer success tools - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
