Job Description - Customer Success Manager

MadEats is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, with a requirement of at least 6 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer success, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with clients.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and onboarding of new clients - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and reduce churn - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Innovative and adaptable approach to challenges - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
