Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Zennya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a part-time role with a Mid-to-Senior Level seniority, we are seeking an individual with at least 8 years of relevant experience in customer success management. The ideal candidate should possess the personality traits of being adaptable and independent, along with strong soft skills in communication and teamwork.


Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our services - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of our services for clients - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client success and satisfaction metrics - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer success management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in customer success management, preferably in the technology industry - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
