Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Revolution Precrafted is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide training and support to customers on product usage and best practices - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take action to improve performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of managing customer relationships - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience with CRM software and tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
