Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from the beautiful city of Cebu in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of relevant experience in customer success roles.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing proactive support and guidance - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Track and analyze key account metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and loyalty - Regularly communicate with customers to gather feedback and assess their overall satisfaction - Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients on a regular basis - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the technology or software industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about building relationships and driving customer success - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Excellent presentation skills and a creative approach to problem-solving - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
