Job Description:
Storm Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues. - Understand the needs and goals of customers and work closely with them to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes. - Provide proactive support and guidance to customers, anticipating their needs and addressing any potential issues before they arise. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate communication between customers and the company. - Drive customer retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident and adaptable personality traits. - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
