Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers through proactive communication and support.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and support - Provide training and guidance to customers on using our products and services effectively - Identify and address customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong critical thinking and presentation skills - 1 year of experience in a customer success or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
