Customer Success Officer

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Success Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Develop and deliver presentations to demonstrate product knowledge and capabilities - Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns in a timely manner - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers - Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food industry - Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Proven track record of achieving customer success metrics - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
