Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


ZipMatch, a leading real estate platform based in Parañaque, NCR, is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong negotiation abilities.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their overall experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and address customer needs. 5. Monitor customer accounts and track key metrics to identify potential areas for improvement. 6. Assist in organizing events and promotions to engage customers and drive retention.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Confidence in negotiating with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
