Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Officer at PearlPay in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position.


Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and understanding of their needs. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure overall satisfaction. 4. Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and optimize customer experience. 6. Assist in the planning and execution of customer engagement initiatives and events.


Requirements: 1. Confident and independent personality to effectively engage with diverse customers and handle challenging situations. 2. Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and make informed decisions. 3. Excellent planning skills to anticipate customer needs and proactively address them. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
