Job Description:


Olivia, a cutting-edge tech startup, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This is a work-from-home position based in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines, with the opportunity to work alongside a talented and diverse team.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to address their inquiries, provide product support, and gather feedback - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting


Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality - Strong project management skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software systems - Fluent in both written and spoken English
