Job Description:


Shopee Philippines is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This role will require you to work from home, offering flexibility and convenience.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations. - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product issues through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. - Monitor customer feedback and proactively address any issues that may arise. - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the management team. - Collaborate with the sales team to promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote setting. - Experience in project management is a plus. - Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms. - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. - Visa sponsorship, profit sharing, and dental insurance are available benefits.
