Remote Customer Success Representative

As a Remote Customer Success Representative at Kumu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This part-time, Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and engagement. - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to ensure their success with our product. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback. - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements. - Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Requirements: - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service and support. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs. - Experience using CRM software and other customer support tools.
