Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Sprout Solutions is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, and possess strong soft skills such as strategic planning and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services - Assist with customer onboarding and training as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and critical thinking
