Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

PearlPay, a leading financial technology company based in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related field, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive client retention - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team - Develop and deliver training materials to educate customers on product features and best practices

Requirements: - Independent and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with CRM software and customer service best practices - Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred
