Job Description:
Petron Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels - Provide product information and guidance to customers as needed
Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resilient in handling challenging situations and problem-solving - Strong adaptability and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
