Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is currently seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. This part-time Associate Level position requires 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Provide excellent customer support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate any complex issues as needed. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 6. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies and best practices. 7. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 2. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills. 3. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Hardworking and dedicated attitude towards customer satisfaction. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. 6.
